Contributing to the Mount Fund in support of the College's greatest needs

Making annual contributions to Mount St. Mary's College is one of the best ways to support the College, its students, and faculty. By making your annual gift to the Mount Fund, you also help President Ann McElaney-Johnson meet the institution’s greatest unanticipated or unmet needs each year. Her current priorities include tuition assistance, faculty development, and pioneering new programs.

Mount Associates are those alums, friends, parents, faculty, and staff who make leadership gifts of $1,000 or more annually to the Mount Fund. We acknowledge Mount Associates enhanced level of support by extending a variety of courtesies and invitations throughout the year including:

• invitation to annual Mount Associates special recognition event
• invitations to various College events
• name listed in the annual President’s Report & Honor Roll of Donors
• bi-annual issues of The Mount magazine

As part of the College's annual giving initiatives, the Athenian Club raises awareness about the legacy of giving amongst newly graduating students and encourages them to begin their philanthropy upon graduation. Graduating seniors join the club by pledging their commitment to support the Mount annually over a three-year period.
