2007–2012 Mount St. Mary’s College Strategic Plan

Dear Mount Community and Friends of the College:

I am pleased to share with you our 2007–2012 Strategic Plan, which will serve as a valuable touchstone to guide our activities and achieve our shared goals. The process of the plan’s development was guided by a Strategic Planning Coordinating Committee comprised of faculty, staff, administrators, and a trustee. The Board of Trustees unanimously approved the final plan on December 7, 2006.

This plan is the culmination of an 11-month collaboration. It is the result of broad involvement, reflecting the thoughtful contributions of hundreds of individuals. On behalf of the Board of Trustees and the President’s Cabinet, I thank the faculty, staff, students, and others who participated in this process. Your involvement has shaped a strong plan that is ambitious and achievable.

Our implementation of the 2007–2012 Strategic Plan begins immediately. The President’s Cabinet and I look forward to working with all of you as we turn our plan into reality.
