CAPA is excited to launch a new Brussels Program focusing on the European Union from Spring 2012. This program, offered I partnership with American University, allows students to study the European Union while participating in an academic internship. Students live in homestays for the duration of the program. |

Eastern European Study Abroad offers a one of a kind program where students take classes in English, learn or improve the Russian or Ukrainian language, and attend one of the most prominent universities in Eastern Europe. There is no foreign language prerequisite to participate and courses are offered in the fields of economics, business, political science, international relations and cultural studies. Students participate on academic field trips to Moscow, Kyiv and other places of historical and cultural significance. Students live in modern, safe and comfortable apartments in close proximity to the University in the center of Kharkiv. The city of Kharkiv is an educational, scientific and cultural center of Ukraine and has over 40 other higher education institutions. The total student population in the city is over 150,000. EESA has a full-time center in Kharkiv that provides full support for students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

American Councils Study Abroad: Eurasian Regional Language Program
American Councils for International Education advances scholarly research and cross-border learning through the design and implementation of education programs that are well grounded in key world languages, cultures and regions. The American Councils Eurasian Regional Language Program provides graduate students, advanced undergraduates, scholars, and working professionals the unique opportunity to study the languages of Eurasia in an overseas, immersion setting for a summer, semester, or academic year.
ACTR Study Abroad: Advanced Russian Language and Area Studies Program
The American Councils Advanced Russian Language and Area Studies Program (RLASP) is designed to maximize linguistic and cultural immersion in Russian society while providing key logistical support and individualized attention to U.S. Participants. The RLASP program is open to undergraduates or graduate students, recent graduates, teachers, faculty and professionals. Applicants should have completed at least two years of university-level Russian by the start of their intended program
