Your Academic Progress Affects Your Financial Aid Eligibility

As a student at Mount St. Mary's College, you must meet specific GPA and enrollment level requirements in order to not only retain your financial aid, but remain in school.

Our requirements are listed below. Units count only if they are valid towards your degree; re-taking a class does not count, in most cases.

If you cannot meet the standards described below, you may be placed on academic probation and/or suspended from receiving further financial aid. In the event of an aid suspension, you'll be required to pay the outstanding balance of your cost of education out of pocket.

Letters of appeal may be submitted if you have a special circumstance affecting your academic progress.
