Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time instructor to teach one section of an advanced undergraduate Immunology course (BIO 105) in the Biology program at the Chalon Campus for the Spring Semester 2013 (January 7th – May 7th 2013).
Mount St. Mary’s College is a Catholic Liberal Arts college primarily for women. Founded in 1925 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet in the Catholic intellectual tradition, the Mount is an institution dedicated to providing an excellent education directed toward leadership and service. The college has graduate and undergraduate programs on two campuses: the Doheny Campus, in downtown Los Angeles and the Chalon Campus, in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles. The college prides itself on maintaining a highly diverse student body, small classes and a close working relationship between students and faculty.
A Master’s degree is required, Ph.D. highly preferred, in Immunology or related field with clinical laboratory training in Immunology desired. Experience in delivery of instruction to undergraduate college students is essential.
Salary is dependent on academic degree.
