Anatolian Cultures and Food Festival

Time: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Price: Adults ($12), Children 7-12yrs old ($6) and Seniors ($9).

Description: This festival highlights the civilizations that have flourished in Anatolia (modern day Turkey) with hand-sculpted arches symbolizing each one, from the Trojans to the Ottomans. Models in authentic costumes will bring history to life as you tour 3-D reconstructions of major cities like the magnificent Topkapi Palace in Istanbul, the ancient ruins of Antalya, the Rumi museum in Konya, the Armenian Church of Van and the stone dwellings of Mardin. This 3-day event also features an exciting program of live music, dance and performances each day and evening at the main concert stage. Returning are last year’s showstoppers, the Whirling Dervishes, the Ottoman Marching Band and other regional dancers.
