Transportation Request

PLEASE READ; Submit your transportation request at least two weeks prior to the event date. The cost of the driver is charged by the hour, including the time a driver must wait for the group during the event. The fee per driver is $28/hr. OR $42/hr after 8 hours. The minimum number of hours per request is 4 hours. Mileage is calculated at a rate of .50 cent per mile. Mileage fee for a one-way trip request will be calculated as a round trip. Same day cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee of a minimum of $75.00. (Drivers will be assigned by the Transportation Department.)
