Dr. Sato is the Director of the ADN to MSN and MSN Programs. Her current scholarly interest is the delivery of culturally competent and sensitive health care to the increasing minority population in the United States. In addition, she has expertise in “training the trainer” programs through which new faculty are mentored in how to teach nursing students. Dr. Sato has worked on developing creative ways to teach the Roy Adaptation Model which is reflected in her “Fun Book” and “Stir-Fry Cooking” booklets.
