Dr. Neblett was born in Philadelphia, PA. Over the past 15 years he has worked in Retail Management and Telecommunications for various organizations such as AT&T, Saks Fifth Avenue and Armani Exchange. 

During his career he has worked in capacities from Operations Manager to Human Resource Director. Currently, he is a teacher in the MBA Program-Organizational Leadership concentration. He periodically works for California State University Los Angeles and New York University as a Lecturer. He also consults with various Global organizations on Strategy and Employee Development in Europe and US. Dr Neblett is also holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).

He is an active member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), Institute of Behavioral and Applied Management (IBAM) and a peer coach for my local SHRM chapter. He received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University, a Masters of Arts in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix and recently a Doctorate in Business Administration from Argosy University. He has published 15 articles in Peer journals and made 15 conference presentations on strategic management and human resources. Recently, he was a speaker for Edineb International Conference in Baltimore, MD and NHRMA in Kennewick, WA at the annual HR conferences where conducted a Leadership Development workshop.
