Ms. Dahlman is the Manager of Clinical Education at Huntington Hospital, Pasadena, CA.  Prior to her current role in Staff development, she was the Charge Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital in Inglewood CA. Ms. Dahlman's educational focus is with empowering nurses to be responsible and accountable for their own competency, with the goal of improving the quality and safety of patient care delivery.
