Submitting an Event

If you are hosting an event you’d like to see listed on our calendar, please send an email to latc@msmc.la.edu and include the following information:

• Title of the event
• Host of the event
• Day(s) of the event
• Time(s) of the event
• Cost (if any)
• Website link and/or PDF of flyer
• Brief description of the event (1-2 paragraphs)

Please note that we will only publish information about events hosted by not-for-profit entities.
