Outcome

Students will demonstrate the ability to evaluate and analyze, and to formulate sophisticated questions relevant to the topic.

Students will display skillful rhetorical techniques to achieve desired effect on a particular audience.

Students will use clear and concise communication in the written form.

Students will demonstrate the ability to investigate, evaluate, synthesize and document relevant print and non-print sources of information; evaluate the reliability of sources; articulate the interdisciplinary nature of the humanities course of study; and proficiency with accepted styles of formatting.

Identify, reflect upon, and articulate how each course contributes to the interdisciplinary course of study and the ways good critical thinking, writing, reading, and problem-solving skills can enrich one’s life and help one succeed in a variety of fields.
