Angelica Acosta is the Ombudsman for the MSN Program.
As Ombudsman, Angelica represents students by providing their insight and feedback to faculty and administration to improve the program. In this role, she will:
1. Serve as a key contact to students in the course of study
2. Help to ensure the program runs smoothly from the standpoint of students
3. Act as a liaison for students and work with faculty, staff, and administration to impact policies and change throughout the organization
Ms. Acosta is an alum of the Mount’s MSN Program and also a graduate from our ADN Program. Her clinical expertise is neonatal intensive care; currently she is the Nursing Professional Development Specialist at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena. She teaches the RN Externship course for newly licensed RNs at MSMC.
