Student Spotlight

Dear Dr. Tori,

We had Nursing Grand Rounds last week here at Cedars and reviewed some of the presentations from Nurse Week. One of the researchers from the Nursing Research Department spoke and outlined the research process. I reflected upon my experience in your class at The Mount. I must say that she reiterated all of the important points that you taught to us. I just wanted to say thank you again for being such an outstanding professor! As I listened to the presentation last week, I was reminded how fortunate I was to have such a great professor who taught me such a complex subject. I wanted you to know that I appreciate how difficult a subject research can be to teach. Having said that, listening to the lecture last week confirmed for me that “I got it.” Not only that, but I have an interest in taking it further. I am trying to decide what my next project will be, but I wanted you to know that I sincerely appreciate your part in getting me to this point.
