Women in 20th Century Chinese Literature - Free Lecture

A series of six free public lectures with noted Chinese scholars. All lectures will be held from 6-7 p.m. in The Rose Hills Auditorium, Doheny Campus, Mount St. Mary’s College, 10 Chester Pl., Los Angeles, CA 90007.

The January 31 lecture, Women in 20^th Century Chinese Literature, is by Shu-mei Shih, professor of comparative literature/Asian languages and cultures, University of California, Los Angeles.

The series is funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities, and sponsored by the Mount St. Mary’s College Department of Language and Culture and the Center for Cultural Fluency.
