Welcome to Mount St. Mary’s College! We are pleased to introduce PaeTec Communications as the vendor for long distance billing services for residence hall students.
Below are some of the features of this long distance service:
- Personal Billing Numbers: PBN’s are assigned individually so you are billed only for the calls you make. Your PBN stays with you throughout your time at Mount St. Mary’s College. In addition, you may use your PBN even when you are not on campus. You will be able to access long distance services off campus by dialing an 800 number and following the voice prompts.
- Residential Rates: Long distance calls are charged at residential direct dial rates with no additional service charges. Residents are not charged to make local calls. This is a savings over calling cards and operator-assisted rates.
- Individual Billing Statements: Statements will be mailed directly to your campus address or to your home address.
- Billing Option: PaeTec Communications offers several ways to pay your bill: credit card, check by phone, online, or money order.
- 24-hour Account Balance Hotline: Curious about your account balance? You can check your current account balance 24-hours a day on the automated account balance hotline by calling 1-800-962-4772.
- Toll-free Customer Service Department: Customer Service is available by calling
1-800-962-4772.
- Online Access: You also may access your account through the World Wide Web at http://www.campuslink.paetec.com.
- Credit Limit: Your account has a credit limit of $150.00.
Representatives from PaeTec Communications will be on campus during Check-in to answer any questions you may have. In the interim, you may contact PaeTec Communications directly by calling 1-800-962-4772 to set up your account prior to move in.
