Welcome to Women's Leadership & Orientation Programs

Mission Statement

The mission of the Mount St. Mary’s College Women’s Leadership Program is to prepare students for participation and leadership in our society and our times. We define leadership as the relational process of people working together to accomplish change and make a difference in the common good.

Women's Leadership and Orientation Programs at the Doheny campus supports and promotes participation in student leadership opportunities and programs on campus. Students have the opportunity to participate in the Doheny Associated Student Body, as well as in a variety of officially-recognized clubs and organizations. Women's Leadership & Orientation Programs at the Doheny Campus offers experiences for students to grow personally and to further develop their leadership skills. Students are therefore given the opportunity to serve the student body, engage in exciting campus activities, gain self-confidence, and develop public speaking skills.
