Gaile Krause graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor's degree in English and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Humanities at the Mount, with an emphasis in history and theology. She has completed many undergraduate and continuing education courses in theology, music, child development, psychology, spirituality and management.
She worked as a Program Director for a YMCA, and was the Office Manager for the Office of Religious Education at the Archdiocese of Los Angeles before coming to MSMC. She also has worked as a cantor at various parishes, and was a catechist at St. Anthony Parish in El Segundo. Gaile has been involved for 15 years in the Religious Education Congress as a liturgy coordinator and musician. In addition, she has been a Regional Congress workshop presenter on various topics, including planning retreats and catechetical sessions, and for using the internet in catechetical ministry. In addition to Campus Ministry, Gaile also teaches the first-year student course "Introduction to College Studies."
In college, Gaile was a volunteer in Campus Ministry, Music Ministry and with Special Games; she worked for two years as a Resident Advisor. She sang in the LMU choruses for over 20 years and is currently singing with the 16 - voice choir Legacy.
