Why:
A student who wants to change his/her grading option in a class. Be sure to discuss limitations on CR/NC units (see catalog). Audit receives no GPA.
When:
This form must be filed before the last day to drop.
How:
The student completes the form.
The advisor discusses impact of grading change.
The instructor signs.
The student files form in the Registrar’s Office.
