Internship and Placement Office

The Career Center provides students several ways to access jobs and internships positions online. Students are encouraged to visit the following sites.

The MOUNT CAREER NETWORK located at www.mountcareernetwork.com

To gain access to the system ALL students will need to complete an initial registration process.

• Login Name: MSMC Email Prefix (usually the first 4 letters of your first and last name). For example, Jane Smith would be "janesmit".  If you are unsure of your email prefix, please contact the OIT Help Desk at 213-477-2970.
• Password: Student Identification Number

Students may also access additional job listings by registering with Monstertrak http://www.monstertrak.com

Instructions are as follows:

1. Click on the icon Students/Alum
2. Choose the State of California from the map provided.
3. Choose "Mount St. Mary's College - Los Angeles"from the drop down list.
4. You will then be prompted to enter a school password which is "athenians"
5. Finally, upon entering the system you will then be able to create your own personal account for future references.
