How long does it take for the various forms to be processed or signed?
The Director signs all forms on Tuesday. Also forms that are submitted after the deadline, ten (10) days before the event, will not be approved.
If a club submits a request for a location on Resource 25 (R25), do they still need to submit the Master Calendaring form? YES! Both R25 and the Master Calendar form are necessary to reserve and arrange a set-up for the event. Also ALL CLUB & ORGANIZATION EVENTS MUST HAVE A STUDENT EVENT PLANNING FORM submitted and approved prior to advertising and sponsoring in the event.
Do we need to submit an Event Planning Form for club meetings? You need to submit an Event Planning Form for all events, including meetings.
Do we need to submit an Event Evaluation Form for club meetings? No. Club meetings do not need an evaluation form, but ALL OTHER EVENTS do require the completion of the Event Evaluation Form.
Do we need to submit a separate form for each meeting, or can we put multiple dates on the same form? If the event occurs at the same time each date, then you can submit one form for the multiple dates. For example, a meeting that occurs every Tuesday at 11am; just list the dates on the forms.
