Financial Aid Refund Checks
Financial aid refund checks are processed generally after the add/drop period. Business Office must post/process fund information from the Student Finance Dept. to student's account prior to check run.
Check processing weekly schedule is as follows:

Student financial aid refund check is based on most recent information.
- If the student is not entitled to this refund, do not cash the check.
- If the refund amount is more than expected, students maybe responsible for the over refunded amount.
- If the refund amount is smaller than expected, student could later receive a check for the difference.
