FOCUS

FOCUS on Fitness!

FOCUS Express allows you to work out without interrupting your busy lifestyle;these workouts are fun, easy and quick - you should be able to finish in 30 minutes or less. Each program has a warm-up, circuit-style workout, and a cool-down. The FOCUS Express programs we are introducing this fall are:

  • 4 easy moves 4 toned and sexy legs!
  • 4 easy moves 4 a flat stomach and strong core!
  • 4 easy moves for a toned, sleek upper body!
  • 4 easy moves for a totally toned body!

Our original FOCUS programs consist of: Help Yourself, Improve Yourself, and Define Yourself.  Stop by the Fitness Center to take our FOCUS Fitness Quiz to figure out which program is best for you.
