Submit an official letter to the ADV ctr, from a HS official, stating that courses were not used for HS grad requirements; a Transfer Evaluation will be generated by the Advisement Center.

No, this is considered concurrent enrollment. (*please refer to the concurrent enrollment policy for additional information and exceptions).
