The Film Sisterhood

Once enrolled in the Film & Social Justice Program, majors become part of the Film Sisterhood. Via organized activities the Sisterhood provides opportunities to help support and inspire our film students in their creative and academic endeavors, while establishing a network of fellow filmmakers from which students can turn to for project support. Meeting bi-weekly, the Sisterhood is built on the legacy of founders of Mount St. Mary’s College, Sisters of St. Joseph Carondelet, through their commitment to social justice. We draw from their inspiration to confront the social issues of our day through the Film and Social Justice Program.
