Degree and Certificate Programs

Mount St. Mary's College offers a wide range of degree and certificate programs, all in keeping with the charter of a Catholic liberal arts educational institution. Programs are available for associate degrees, baccalaureate degrees, graduate-level certificates and graduate degrees in a wide spectrum of disciplines—many allowing minor as well as major level of study. We offer co-affiliated and interdisciplinary programs, work study and study abroad opportunities to broaden the spectrum of our students' experience. Our objective is to help students develop a well-rounded life perspective as well as to achieve the specialized learning associated with a specific degree program.

At Mount St. Mary's College, we also recognize there are many individuals who desire learning opportunities but who are unable to attend typical weekday campus-bound classes. To meet this need our premier Weekend College allows working adults to perform comfortably and successfully as students while continuing to meet their family and personal requirements. Those who take a full-time load of three courses (nine semester units) per semester attend classes all day on both Saturday and Sunday of each of the six instructional weekends. They immerse themselves in intensive classroom experiences, putting their career and family responsibilities on hold for just those two days to assume the role of full-time college students.
