JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Physical Therapy Practice Coordinator, the Physical Therapist is an expert in movement disorders and is responsible for providing quality care for patients receiving Physical Therapy services, including examination, evaluation, Physical Therapy diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, outcomes, and discharge planning for children, adolescents, adults and/or senior patients. Other professional roles include but are not limited to consultation, education, critical inquiry, administration, and direction and supervision of personnel. This position if for full time however part-time can be considered.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or graduate of APTA approved physical therapy program, current CA Physical Therapist license, and CPR for Health Care Providers.
