- How do I comment on a paper submitted through the drop box in word 2007?

Download your student submission from the drop box, make sure it is a .doc document

Open the document on word
-
Click the Review tab on the ribbon

Click on Start Inking

Write your comment on the document.

When completed, click on Close Ink Tools

Save file as a word 97-2003 document.

In the drop box where the document was submitted, click on the student name

Enter student grade and click on the Attachments button

Optionally, Enter a remark (for example: "see attached file for comments")
