Registration Form
Who: Student initiated
Where: Registrar’s Office or Advisement Center
Why: The student uses this form to officially register for the upcoming term.
When: Anytime after the registration period begins
(consult the Academic Calendar for exact dates each term)
How:
  1. Student should come prepared with a proposed schedule of classes.
  2. Advisor should be prepared to discuss what courses are still needed.
  3. Advisor signs complete registration form.
  4. Student takes registration form to Business Office
  5. Student files form with the Registrar’s Office.

Registration forms cannot be processed if there are any outstanding holds
