The MSMC Graphics Department is here to meet your copy needs! Bring in your documents, use campus mail, or send them to us using e-mail submission and we'll use our capabilities to give you the best in copying options on any type of paper. Use our Digital Print Job Submittal Form to help us process your print job more quickly!

Black and White Copies
The standard of copy services. With our hi-speed copiers, we provide capabilities for booklets and newsletters, screening for creating accurate grayscale copies, dynamic photo placement for cropping and resizing of images, inline binding for automatic stapling, stitching, and thermal tape binding. We can accept PC or MAC files from:  Quark XPress, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), Adobe Illustrator, In Design,Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Please contact us if your file is in a different format.

Color Copies
Documents printed in color not only look better, they work better. Printing & Mailing Services provides many color copy options, from individual transparencies to volume copies on special paper.

Personalized Prints
From personalized letters to highlight colors, printing services,  we can personalize your signature using this variable information. Highlight color allows your copy to be printed in black and MSMC purple color at a cost comparable to black-only printing.
