“We have learned so much about developing values, understanding ethics and reacting and responding to challenges. We have a deeper appreciation for the principles that Mount St. Mary's has foster in all of us. Providing us with the foundation as caring, loving and well-rounded human beings. Our education has prepared us to become inspirers, encouragers and devoted healers,” said Allison Ulbrich, as she addresses her 16 fellow graduates and their families. “It has been a journey shared.”
In 1981, the College established its Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy program, which was converted to a Master’s of Physical Therapy program in 1991. In 2001, the College developed the Doctor of Physical Therapy program in response to a need for more extensive preparation in physical therapy. The College currently counts 71 students in the program.
