Financial Clearance                   

MSMC Students must clear their financial obligation with the Business Office prior to registering classes and receiving services at the College.

Financial Clearance means:

1. Payment in full is made no later than the published clearance deadline or
2. Student is enrolled with Tuition Management Systems (TMS) and remits July and August payments prior to the clearance deadline (TMS is available for Undergraduate and HOPE programs only).

• Fall semester - All students must remit TMS’s July and August payments. Not applicable to late admitted students.
• Spring semester - Students must maintain current payments status with TMS.
• HOPE students (Quarter sys.) - Must maintain quarterly current payment schedule with TMS.

3. Return the following documents to the Business Office by the published deadline:

• Undergraduates - a signed Academic Year- Financial Obligation Agreement Form - New Student (Method of Payment), Financial Obligation Agreement Form - Returning and Health Insurance Waiver Form (if applicable). International student - Financial Obligation Agreement Form.
