Business Office

Policies and Procedures 

The Business Office is responsible for assessing (not billing), posting and collecting tuition, fees, and room charges. Tuition is based on enrollment of classes upon registration at the Registrar's office. Dormitory rates are based on type of occupancy chosen which is assigned by the Residence Life office.

Questions regarding student accounts may be inquired in person during regular Business Office hours, or via telephone, voice mail message, and email.

The Business Office provides disbursements for accounts payable, student refunds as well as accounting services and payroll for faculty, staff and student employees.

The Business Office also schedules entrance and exit interviews for institutional loan recipients.
