Financial Aid Refund Checks

Financial Aid Refund Checks are processed weekly as follows:

            Process Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays          

            Checks Available For Pick-up: Wednesdays & Fridays after 1:00 P.M.

Student’s Financial Aid Refund Check is based on most recent information 

• If the Refund Amount is more than the actual amount due, the Student shall be responsible for the over refunded amount.
• If the Refund Amount is less than expected, the Student may receive a Refund Check for the difference on a later date.
