Scene 1: Supreme Beings Create the World |
On April 21, 22 and 25 - Mount St. Mary’s College held its very first play presented by the English department and sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs and the Office of the President. “Parallel lives” is a series of skits on different roles that women have played in society throughout time. About 18 students from different majors throughout the Mount played a role in creating this successful production for the enjoyment of the Mount community, family and friends. These 18 students, along with the director of the play, Professor Kathy Tyszkiewicz, practiced long days and nights to make this play possible. Professor Kathy Tyszkiewicz has directed plays for over 15 years. Her expertise and guidance have without a doubt impacted the success of the play.
