Office of Women's Leadership

As the only Catholic women’s college west of the Mississippi River, the mission of Mount St. Mary’s College since 1925 has supported students becoming women of influence, prepared to view professional life as a service to the broader society. For over thirty-five years, participants in the various Women’s Leadership Programs at Mount St. Mary’s College have developed the leadership skills necessary to meet their future goals. Women's Leadership defines leadership as the process of initiating, guiding, and working with a group to accomplish change that will benefit the common good. Women’s Leadership helps students develop leadership skills through co-curricular activities at Mount St. Mary’s College, as well as workshops, internships, and conferences nationwide.
