What is Recruitment?

Recruitment is a two week process whereby prospective members attend events to become acquainted with the sororities. Through informal conversations and planned activities you will have the opportunity to meet members of the various sororities. You are only allowed to join one organization, so be sure to attend the information sessions and ask many questions. Also, try to attend as many of the recruitment activities as possible so that you can familiarize yourself with all of the sororities. At the end of the recruitment period, the sororities will formally offer invitations to join (referred to as bids.)
