Fall 2012 Check-in Dates:
Fall 2012 New Residents (New Freshmen and New Transfers)
- Saturday, August 18 from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm (New students will be able to move in before returning students move in from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm)
- Sunday, August 19 from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
Fall 2012 Returning Residents (including Doheny IPT students)
- Saturday, August 18 from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Sunday, August 19 from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
Where do I go to check in?
Undergraduate Residents:
- On Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, check in will take place on the lawn between Brady Hall and the Chapel for Chalon residents and on Hannon Lawn for Doheny residents.
- On Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, check in will take place at the Residence Desk for Chalon residents (located on Brady 1st floor next to the Residence Life Office) and in Hannon 1st Floor Lounge for Doheny residents.
- Please page the RA on duty if you are checking in between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am the following morning.
Due to safety and security concerns, no early arrival requests will be granted unless prior arrangements are made. Please plan ahead.
