Grading Basis Change Form

Who: Student initiated
Where: Registrar’s Office
Why: A student who wants to change his/her grading option in a class. Be sure to discuss limitations on CR/NC units (see catalog). Audit receives no GPA.
When: This form must be filed before the last day to drop.
How:
  1. The student completes the form.
  2. The advisor discusses impact of grading change.
  3. The instructor signs.
  4. The student files form in the Registrar’s Office.
