Repetition of Course

Who: Student initiated
Where: Registrar’s Office
Why: A student who has received a C-, D, F, or NC in a course may repeat the course for a higher grade. The student receives credit for the course only once.

The last grade is the one that counts.
When: This form should be filed before the class is repeated. However, it may be filed at a later date.
How:
  1. The student fills out the form.
  2. The Advisor verifies eligibility to repeat the course, and acceptance of course being repeated.
  3. The student files the form at the Registrar’s Office.
