How can I co-sponsor an event?

We invite any department or club to collaborate with us on events.  For more information about co-sponsoring an event with us, contact the Student Programming office at (310) 954-4120 or studentprogramming@msmc.la.edu.  Please specify the program you wish to co-sponsor.

How can we sign up for events?

Students can sign up to participate in any event we offer.  Sign up sheets are available in the Student Programming office located on the second floor of the Humanities Building room 200A. Present your student I.D. with current semester sticker when you sign up.

What are the requirements for participation in events?

Most events are FREE for Mount students.  All events require that you show your Mount I.D. card with the current semester sticker.

Why is there a limitation to the number of tickets available for events?

In order for us to offer a wide variety of events throughout the year, we must limit the number of tickets purchased for any given event.  We try to get the best rates on tickets, making it possible for us to offer the event for FREE or for a nominal price.

Can friends or family attend Student Programming office sponsored events?

We want to provide the best co-curricular experience for our students.  Tickets are intended for the use of Mount St. Mary's College undergraduate students only.  Priority is given to Mount undergraduate students to purchase.  If you wish to purchase one additional ticket for family or friends, you need to pay the full price of the event ticket.  We limit the purchase of additional tickets to give all Mount students the opportunity to take advantage of the events we offer.  Mount I.D. is required at the time of purchase.  The undergraduate student who purchased the ticket must be in attendance at the event with their guest.

What determines the Student Programming ticket prices?

Ticket prices are set depending on the cost of the event.  Prices vary due to the original cost of the ticket.
