Yearbook Dedication Page Q & A

Where can I receive the application form?

In person, e-mail, or can be accessed here. Please download, print, and write legibly!

When is the application form due?

Monday, March 26, 2012 Friday, April 13, 2012 via e-mail, mail or dropped off in person with the $90 payment and dedication page layout.

Payments are accepted in cash or check. Checks can be made payable to: MSMC Yearbook.

What is the dedication page layout?

You are the buyer of this page! It is up to you to design it as you please. We ask you to keep in mind the page constraint of 4.25" x 5.5" (1/2 a regular sized piece of paper).  We recommend you send the information and pictures and allow the staff to create the page. However, supplying the pictures and how you want the page to look like is always an option.

In the example below, the top dedication was created by the family of the graduate. The bottom dedication was created by a Yearbook Staff member.

Why can't I purchase a full page?

We apologize that full page dedications cannot be available this year. Due to limited space and the popularity of pages, we are only offering half pages at a fixed rate.

If full pages are made possible, all persons purchasing a dedication page will be notified. If in the event full pages are possible, it will be on a first come, first serve basis and the half pages will be upgraded to a full page for a small fee.

Who can purchase a dedication page?

Students, parents, friends, boyfriend, girlfriend, etc! Families are welcomed to purchase a dedication page for their graduate but to please keep purchases at a minimum (2 half pages max). Friends are encouraged to share the cost of a half page!

Do I have the option of purchasing a $30 business card advertisement?

Yes, if you are going to send us your business card to be advertised! Business card-sized advertisements are only for advertising businesses! We ask parents and students refrain from purchasing these as a dedication page for their graduate. Business card-sized advertisements are not to be confused as an alternative to the half page dedications.
