After a hard battle on February 21, 2009 from 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM“Good and Plenty” took home the gold. Athenian Day is an annual event where clubs and organizations, staff, students and alumni are able to come together and compete for the desirable 1st place and Spirit Award.
12 teams and only 1 winner. Being the 18th anniversary of Athenian day, the Fitness staff drew together several new events along with traditional events for the teams to participate in. This year the events were:

Car race
Move that Water

Inner tube race
Aqua Roller
Not only testing physical ability Athenian Day also challenges team work and intelligence. Nursing Ninjas won Second place and the Mighty Morphing Athenians won Third place.
