Community Engagement

Introduced in 1991, the Student Ambassador Program is one of MSMC's community/high school partnership programs designed to motivate inner-city high school students to complete high school and to aspire to a college education. The program also reaches hundreds of elementary and middle school students annually with custom designed programming to fit their needs and to encourage and to inspire them to set higher education as a goal.

Many of our MSMC students come from backgrounds similar to those of the individuals and/or communities they assist. When possible Ambassadors work with the high school from which they graduate.

Thus, the Ambassador's very presence says,

If I can do it, so can you.
