Summer Skills 2012

Now that you have made the decision of beginning a new chapter in your life by attending college, consider your first college experience to be fun, academically rewarding and a time you will not forget—Join Summer Skills!

Summer Skills is a three-week bridge program that runs from July 16 through August 3, 2012.

Classes are held daily from 8:30a.m to 2:00p.m on the historic Doheny Campus.

The Benefits of Participating in Summer Skills
  • 90% of students enrolled in this program experience one to two level jumps in reading, math and/or writing.
  • Students become familiar with the campus, faculty, staff, and student services before beginning classes in the fall.
  • Students meet their future classmates and build new friendships.
