General Studies Requirements

  • Foreign Language or Culture 6 units

    Must include 3 units of Ethics

Liberal Arts Major Requirements

30 units, of which 24 must be Upper Division, to be chosen as outlined below:

  • Humanities
    12 Upper Division units representing at least two of the following disciplines: Art / Language / Literature / Music / Philosophy / Religious Studies
  • Social Sciences 
    12 Upper Division units representing at least two of the following disciplines: Economics / History / Political Science / Psychology / Sociology / Anthropology

    Total Units in Major: 30

Free Electives

Any courses whatsoever may be chosen for 44 units of academic credit, of which 18 or 21 units may be used to constitute a minor.
