Weekend Format

B.A. Program:

On instructional weekends, students attend classes all day on Saturday and Sunday. A course schedule is published in advance of each semester allowing students to plan their courses in consultation with an advisor. It is possible to register for one, two, or three courses. Each course meets for a total of six hours per weekend, but usually not for more than two consecutive hours of the same subject manner.

The following timetable shows the arrangement of courses in some detail so that one can see at a glance that the class sessions alternate over the two-day period, providing three separate meetings with each instructor. One class meets three times on Saturday, while two others meet once each on Saturday and twice each on Sunday.

We've included sample courses to help illustrate how the schedule works. A student enrolled in these three courses would attend three sessions of each course every weekend of classes.

Group 1 Course: PHI 92 - Intro to Business Ethics
Group 2 Course: BUS 15A - Accounting Principles I
Group 3 Course: ENG 173 - Shakespeare
